What do you mean by hentai? Look at Nutaku for an example of "imported" hentai games. They are in touch with DMM though, not the actual creators of the games. DMM is basically the middle man I believe.

Just go on their website. They host English translations of hentai games originally hosted on DMM. They are "partners" in a way, since DMM will even redirect you to Nutaku with some games.
