Like someone can put the cost of 1dgb will cost 10000btc. Obviously it will never hit. But it messes up the whole book on the right side. So it's a useless number.
Some people put high cost hoping for whale to fat finger and hit their sell. Like 1dgb for 1 btc

Sum is total amount of btc require to get to a certain price.
Like if sum said 10btc, it mean it take 10btc of buy to clear that price.

The screenshot number clears the whole order book.
