Whelp I sent my ETH late, 23 minutes ago, from coinbase to my wallet, to then send it to the engima address. No confirmations yet. My turn isn't ready in the queue yet and I assume those who turn is ready are also having the same issue of no confirmations, so that means the queue will probably take forever and the ETH will be in my wallet ready to send by the time my turn slowly rolls up.
