I started by selling my grandma's kidneys and then I expanded the business to the whole neighbourhood, illegally taking kidneys from old people and selling them to hospitals.

IT services - unified comms. Became a partner with Telstra / Cisco, would get work thrown at us. Grew from 3 man shop to 20 employees. Sold the business half a year ago.
Trying my hand at property development, also looking into importing or manufacturing.
Final stage would be getting into private equity.

What resources did you use to learn how to organize your books, hire employees effectively, satisfy all government regulations, etc? Did you just stumble through it, or was there some site or course you studied from?
