Here we exchange ideas on living off of passive income, and how to get there as soon as possible.

What is your endgame, biz?
Of course I wouldn't turn down mansions and lambos if I end up making it, but right now I just want to rent a cheap studio apartment with a nice inspiring view and in a high populated area, sleep and eat on the floor and code all day. I believe the only money I'd be willing to spend for myself would be on my computer area and games/media. Everything else goes towards crypto/stocks and generating more income, ensuring I can keep doing what I love with no pressure.

Invest 250k into REIT's or high dividend index funds.

Conservative: 15k per year. enough neet bucks to have a cheap studio.

The BIZ way? Buy ARK/Bitcoin/[Insert shitcoin here] and HODL

My plan is to stack POS coins and hope they moon.

Right now I am banking on ODN and ARK

Ark would have to hit about 4b for me to live off of just ARK. Could happen in a year if everything goes very very well.

If ODN hits about 200m I will be able to live off of that.

This year should be fun!
