They have a POC and big partnerships with the major energy companies in Australia (they are almost all government owned, so it implies AUS government is on board with blockchain companies/ICOs in the legal domain). You should read their whitepaper

They have connections with Western Power, which is just one states electricity supplier. Most of the people on the team have zero experience with blockchain and just have phd's that relate to "muh home solar panels"
Also, the level of their partnership with Western Power is unknown. All we know is that the co-founder and chair of the team used to work for Western Power in an OH&S type role.
