Because it's a long-term coin. Team's been working on it since 2014 IIRC, but they've never bothered marketing it because it isn't finished. This gets mocked pretty heavily (not without reason) but it's one of the most promising alts out there at the moment. Easily a top 10 coin if they can pull it off.

We're two weeks away from a major update. This is the cheapest it's ever going to be.

Fact that the devs all brought their own coins is nice
