I was thinking of buying some NEO now. Thinking it might double this month. But after a second beating, can NEO recover? Or has it lost the faith of to many people now that it's clear it's price is influenced by the CCCP?

I'd be surprised if anymore bad news came so yes, it's probably worth buying at least some, especially because of the possibility of government cooperation.
