I know this has turned into crypto-currency haven.

...but we need to talk about this.

Equifax, A huge credit reporting company was hacked, over 100 million of american credit / identities have been jeopardized. A few managers at this company pulled their shares out just in time before the news broke. In order for you to see if you have been affected by the hack you need to sign a class action lawsuit waiver.

Now get this.

If you freeze your account your pin number ( that allows you to unfreeze your filess) is the time-stamp of when you froze your files.

tl;dr Equifax got hacked because they had a shitty tech team. Even if you freeze your files with them you are still vulnerable.

what if hackers just keep targeting large financial institutions and demanding bitcoin ransoms? while they're holding bitcoins the entire time and cashing in on normie interest when the hacks get reported? and as more hackers jump on board we will see more and more hacks?
