What the hell is going on with QTUM?
It doubled it's volume since yesterday and the price keep going up.
Is it a good idea to get in now or am I too late?

There is an announcement on the 13th might be a good idea and wait till then to sell or buy the news
The chinese will use Qtum to legislate ICO's in China. There is no news here because they want all the Qtum foe themselves.
