Hi, I want to buy something online with Bitcoins. I'm in Europe, I wanna buy medicines from India, nothing extremely shody, it's just much cheaper there.
I never used bitcoins so I don't know where to start or what to avoid. I'll be spending around €70-100. Last time I bought with a wire transfer I paid €30 in fees.
So, any advices /biz/? thanks

You can't get bitcoins instantly yet friend, due to anti money laundering banking regulations.
find some exchanges on coinmarketcap - pick markets and sign up.
You want to sign up to a couple anon, in case they are offline or take a while to add you. A good backup exchange is Gemini, least likely to get screwed there.
If it's just this one purchase then you can send the coins right from the exchange.
If you want to hold some coins, exodus is a good wallet to start.
Before you start sticking in thousands learn about 2 factor authentication and it security, and hardware wallets.
E.g. Don't watch porn on the same machine you trade bitcoins, or any other web browsing / emails etc.
