m8 if they dont answer after 1 or 2 workdays i would add a new reply to the ticket. sometimes people forget or oversee stuff

i have writte like 5 tickets so far and all my problems got solved within hours or in a few days worst case

only thing that took long was my lvl 2 auth. but i requested that right when they had huge problems with ddos etc
