Tenx is not superior in every aspect.
Yes, no dividends for mco, but that's it mostly. Literally every other aspect is better for mco like no fees for nothing (ip to a monthly limit, which depends on your tier of card)

I'm sticking with mco, they will have their own visa card, while tenx is a rebranded third party user of the shift card. DYOR
