Hey guys does anyone have any experience or knowledge with this issue,

Im starting an online service to replace prescription lenses. The issue thats stalling me right now is, I need to print 2-3 shipping labels for each order.

I mail an empty branded box to the customer (This label is created using PayPal and usps together), however I need to include a second label pre paid with the return information on it so the customer can send it back. Then finally print a 3rd label to get the finished product back to the customer.

Tips, tricks, advice?

What's preventing you from printing the first label, shipping the item, then if the customer needs to return the item then generate the second label and giving the customer it via PDF for the to print off (or shipped as an adhesive label if requested).

He isn't shipping out an item the first time, he is shipping out the empty box for the customer to put their used lenses in. He has to include a return shipping label.

In the UK companies have paid shipping with the royal mail, so I could send something that has a code on it for free return shipping
