No they are not, theire code is open source so you can chack it and the coin is like bnb but the exchange platform is not ready yet

The ideas are the same, the tech is probably different. 0x executes pretty well and has a working product along with larger projects building off of its protocol.

Expect 0x to jump when those systems come through out this year.
