You just need to give an API key in Email.
So really the only permission what the BOT will get is Trading on your Bittrex account...
The bot can't know to Withdraw anything until you don't give it permission on Bittrex...

I am not really asking for Withdrawal Permissions only if you want...You can enable the bot will only take a monthly 10% fee but it's absolutely not necessary...

What this probably does is use your coins to buy a shitcoin with low volume at a really high price (OP would be the one getting his sell orders filled), then selling the shitcoin you just bought at a really low price (OP would be the one getting his buy orders filled), that way OP earns btc and a lot of that shitcoin and you are left with nothing
