Im done. Tired of refreshing kraken every five minutes and tehn panicing when price drops fraction of a fraction of a cent.
What would be good coins to hold long term and forget about. Lets say for a year.

Yes I'm exhausted from training during the past few months after already being a holder for a couple of years. I'm now just holding mostly Monero with some Bitcoin as well. Much more chill.
