if you wanna afford the goy tax (high interest), open up a credit line and pay off your credit card(s) with it. credit lines are like 1/4 of the interest, and only the interest is due each month.

Get a job

1. Stop using the card.
2. Get a lower rate. If your provider offers a lower rate card they will sometimes swap you over for free, otherwise you can just ask for a lower rate. Alternatively you can seek out a lower rate loan or balance transfer card with a lower rate to pay the balance off, and then pay back that new loan, but you really have to do your research here as it's easy to end up paying exorbitant fees and/or have the interest rate jump in thanks to a clause hidden in the fineprint that ends up costing you more than if you did nothing.
3. Pay as much as you can whenever you can. Always pay more than the minimum payment, much more if possible. Usually although depending on the card, paying twice a month saves a bit more interest than paying once a month because you save a couple of weeks worth of interest building up on your half payment. To get this money scrimp and save everything you can, have a garage sale, get a sidejob, whatever you can.

This is all good advice, I've got one additional suggestion regarding number 2.
Sometimes it's a good idea to change to a different credit card provider. Often new customers get a 50 day interest free period or something. Contact them, have them buy your debt off your current card holder and then pay. it. off. in those 50 interest free days.
