But in truth, even if the NSA can find out where the data server is, it's not game over. We'll have a backup location racked and loaded. If the first rack is raided, the intrusion sensors initiate a shutdown. Data is encrypted on disk always. We restore from backup, lose perhaps 5 minutes of data. Total outage: under 4 hours.
From Snowden's slides, we know the NSA does not have Tor completely compromised and it remains a big deal.
