Sounds, cool enviable and powerful, but I know from experience from growing up the same way that it's not true. It works on you even if it seems you were dealt bad cards one way or another to begin with.

Basically I don't have an easy way to explain this but if you go on about life with underlying attitude of resentment due to something shitty int he past, you just keep challenging God or whatever it is, to fuck with you even more. Understand, absorb and process the damage and become noble again, until you can channel God.

It's true. Move past yourself. If God is love, you've gotta do stuff to make your life worth it -- not for anyone else but just for you.
