yeah you are correct mostly. Remember that now ethereum ICOs will have hard days so we will see much interest in platforms like expanse.
IMO it will hit $10 in couple of days and maybe even $20 is we will go parabolic like LISK. Expanse is first ethereum fork with better security and smartcontract logic with only 8mln circulation supply
