Try buying something that has been going sideways for a while, buy it and put a sell order immediately for 5-7% profit.

Option 4:
Read on upcoming ICO's and buy into one that you think has enough potential or simply try to flip the ones with hype around them

For specific names you'll have to lurk and read up, no way around it, else it's just gambling
