New speculator here. I know this is a highly volatile market but I'm too new to compare this to other crashes. Is this the worst one this year?
Mostly asking about altcoins. BTC was at 2700 a couple months ago and it's still 4k+. Seems like the alts are the ones tanking.

it was sub 2k earlier in year. This is a baby crash, engines just need switching from kikefuel (tether) to something else.
>>3349034
Not even close.
baleck?
>>3349034
This should kill a bunch of alts.
>>3349034
>too new to compare
That's not really how any of this works.
the price of alts based off of btc's price

Is this all because China started regulating ICOs? Starting to think i underestimated Chinas influence on this market.

This is pretty bad but not terrible.
I think we are going to start see some alt culling. Too many of the "hot" alts have been total vapourware while good ones have been sleeping.
>he wasn't here in July
This is nothing my man
The price of stocks and securities ALWAYS dips on or around holidays, crypto is no exception.

My portfolio is still massively up from 3 weeks ago, so no.
It tanked almost 50 pc over a few weeks around June time.
Volatility is a good way to make money.
Wait before buying in, around 3500 should be close enough to the bottom for you not to stress too much. Then hold for a few months and see where you are.

>Is this the worst one this year?
This is nothing compared to what happened a couple months ago.

Have you not seen chinese mining farms dawg?
I mean, the last bear makret dragged on for a month, so this isnt bad now technically unless a massive downtrend for the rest of the month ensues
July was pretty much this every day for 3 weeks.
>he thinks this is bad
Imagine you're me, and you got into crypto by buying ETH at $390 only to later sell them for 150.

Imagine you're me, who got into crypto buying eth for $6, and got disspointed that you missed buying at $2, so you sold at $14.
I had 100 of the fuckers.
