Ive been using polo for the past 3 years. no problem ever. i recommended it to a friend that received a warning that a different ip was trying to log in to his account. he frozen his account and then he sent bitcoins there. he opened a ticket and now he cant get his money back for 2 weeks already. now he is freaking out, how common is that?

FUCKING POLONIEX SUPPORT!! I OPENED 3 TICKETS IT HAS BEEN 4 WEEKS. NO ANSWER FROM SUPPORT. I AM REALLY ANGRY. WILL NEVER EVERY USE POLONIEX AS SOON AS I GOT MY COIN BACK. FOR FAR BEST EXCHANGES ARE BITTEX AND BINANCE. THEY ANSWER TICKETS MAX IN 2 DAYS.

in my case they answered within 48 hours and they were so helpful. probably you opened ticket when there were too much tickets and Binance took 6 hours to reply my support ticket

I was locked out of Bittrex because lost email account. Got back in in two days.
The secret is to get on Bittrex Support slack channel and ask nicely. They look into your ticket there and then.
Fuck waiting for emails from Support.
