I thought this was opened to US Citizen's?

Multiple news reports on it said it was open to US Citizens. However when sign in to take part in the ICO it ask you to check box saying your not a US citizen?

Please explain?

Are US ppl require to pre register if they want to take part?

umm anon all ico are illegal. so you can go to jail in a non shot county. so that being said usa is a non shit country so you will go to jail is you partake in a scam

As a US citizen, I just use my wife and friends passports to register for this shit.

I fucking love that it will make the demand explode once it hits exchanges though.
