Theyre basically just points of resistance, not in all cases, but here it seems pretty clear the trend is responsive to it. This just shows that it's hitting a bottom level resistance and probably won't go much lower provided it holds the current trend, and I don't see any reason why the trend would be broken. But thats just how I read it.
