Ian Balina just said he'll pass on Blackmoon because the SEC might declare it a security. What are the legal risks for US anons? I was planning on buying and holding for a couple years.

You use tokens to buy a job so you can work for a dividend. BM thinks the job part makes it employment and not a security. If they're right, then you're getting employment income amd you're fucked on taxes. If they're wrong you're also holding a security and can't trade the token.
