I ordered a new phone online and I got this fucking delivery company who apparently misses more orders than the ones it delivers. It's that bad, and they said I would receive my shit this friday but obviously didn't get it even though they reported it arrived to a close town and it had more than enough time to get to my house.
The tracking site isn't even working well and I'm pretty sure I won't get it even on monday.
How can I make sure the faggot driver will stop smoking weed and bring my shit first thing monday? The company already has a pretty bad reputation so bad reviews won't do it. They got to really fear it on a personal level and I'm appealing to your possible expertise in the area
