You already have a lot of tech "attempting" to change it, thats better than this.

Let me tell you about the average broker. Their pretty old, illiterate when it comes to PCs, I knew a few that still print emails out. They do stuff by phone. When a new guy comes in, they get trained by the same dinosaurs - keeping the cycle going.

I worked for 6 years at a real estate tech startup that was funded, they've now pivoted.

Real estate is very fickle when it comes to tech.
