Sure, there has been a fuss about regulations in China but this could create trust for investors. Neo will also benefit of course as the chinks are gonna want their coin used rather than Etherum.

Even if Red Pulse is a shitcoin, the fact that chinks and americucks can't buy it they will swarm when it hits exchanges.
