Depends on your coin of choice and exchange of choice. Most high market cap coins on bittrex are pointless because the big ass fees and small ass waves just don't net you anything substantial even if you're glued to your monitor.

No, I use bittrex too. I only use other exchanges for obscure but promising coins, but don't keep much on those. The fees are lower on shit exchanges like cryptopia, c-cex, yobit, livecoin,etc
I thought the trading fees on bittrex was 0.25%, which is literally nothing
