I'm probably going to put a small percentage of my surplus income into crypto and treat it as a speculation, but I'm very interested in any experience anyone has on building an actual business, or any interesting thoughts/facts. I've got some internet marketing experience from when I was a teen as well.
OP you should
1. Not buy a new or exp. car
2. Take that 30k and dump into a portfolio of coins bought at diverse prices
3. save up another 10k
4. Use your I dont have to pay for anything status to buy rental props while living at home with the folks
5. have 2 props bought by 27 while still dumping money into crypto
6.???????????
7.Profit cause you just bought crypto and didnt buy into the RE crash that is inc.
but no srs multi family homes bought in the right neighborhoods with only whites and asians living in them is a great passive income stream esp since you dont have living exp
you could dep where you live have 40k in passive rental income by 30 easy prob more esp with crypto gainz

I'm basically sure that your advice would work and is good, but the only reason I'm sort of afraid of it is that I know programming/internet business and I know (to a lesser extent) marketing, but I know absolutely nothing about crypto, real estate, or home maintenance. What do you think? Thanks for your advice
