Are all crypto slack channels this cult like?

RISE slack pretty terrible. Lots of people joining and asking pretty straightforward questions about the project / resources to investigate more on their own. In response they get badgered, saying the developers / team are too busy to create any documentation, post on any social media, or even update their GitHub.
