The company itself has been going for 2 years and its product is solid with tons of promise.
So it's definitely a keeper, but there is going to be mooning involved shortly.

It's basically a superior version of Factom, which has been trading for much longer and currently has 4x the market cap of TNT.
The biggest name behind Factom is the guy who started Tierion.

There was a post yesterday with a comparison between how to use factom and tierion, I'll try to dig it up.

Here's that comparison from yesterday btw:

Tierion is a completely different animal from Factom, and the tokenization doesn't even factor into it in the slightest.

TNT is much easier to use, and offers much better control of one's own data, without having to rely on dedicated servers like with Factom.
And that's just scratching the surface.
