MyEtherWallet and MetaMask accept ERC20 Tokens. You can also import your MetaMask private key into MyEtherWallet and send your tokens from there since MetaMask cannot send tokens yet, only ETH, but MetaMask can receive and store your tokens.

Also if you send ERC20 tokens to the MetaMask wallet and they don't show after the transaction's been completed

Click "TOKENS" tab (next to "SENT", click on "Add Token" and put the token's address into the address field (you can find the tokens address on etherscan.io).

Then click "Add" and your tokens will show.
