Lubuntu
Arch
QubesOS
CoreOS
Get a computer with 16 gb of ram and no hard drive.
Make 12gb of ram into a ramdisk and install a small linux distro and use the other 4gb to act as normal ram
You will need to reinstall everything on your ram disk when you turn off your computer but this way you know you won't have viruses lingering on your computer

Using Xubuntu right now, but tried the Lubuntu live CD and it was faster. Couldn't get it to install properly though
