bad idea, as the greek economy will most likely not recover for at least the next 30 years..

also a lot of greek infrastructure is already sold of to the germans or the chinese.

furthermore you got to keep in mind that greek real estate is build cheap and with cheap material... cracks appear in the walls of new building after only 2 years..

last but not least, don't be surprised that a one point or another a greek leader takes all foreign investments and properties and nationalise them
