I've never had any problems with them, still use them to this day. Simple and intuitive user interface, simply deposit/withdrawal, never lost a cent, reliable infrastructure.

Problem is that the site has been occasionally slow on mobile over the past 2 weeks.

With any exchange, you're going to get instances where money goes missing. It's pure shit luck and happens extremely rarely; I've never experienced it personally and have only heard of second-hand accounts.

Do your typical risk mitigation and leverage compensating controls, such as;

>not transferring all your eggs in one basket

I had my LTC withdrawal stuck at 'awaiting approval' for 3 weeks.

During that time shitcoins I wanted to buy mooned already. Missed sick gains.

Won't use Polo anymore.

Is Kraken a good exchange? I want to put 10,000 on Ripple but I'm not sure if I should use them or someone else.
