They have the biggest crypto board in China behind them, it just took a hit because of the overblown ICO regulation news from China.
They haven't even started a real marketing push yet. This coin is easily gonna 10x in the medium run. Why sell at a loss? The coin has been out for a month. The market cap is tiny. Any bit of good news can send it soaring.
