I want to sell a whole lot of useless stuff in my garage and take to buy dubious 100x cryptos.
So, I've found 14 snes games from my childhood. Cleaned them. I don't know if the games are working or not.
How do I sell them on ebay and make sure I don't get any returns and don't get scammed. I just want to put up an auction, send the games and never hear about it.

What games? They come with manuals or boxes?
You can sell them on fb marketplace or CL and get a decent amount too if you don't want to go that route.
