It will be a hit or miss, coincidentally on september 10th, longterm support and resistance will meet.

Honestly, it will for sure break 0072, already broke it two times, resistance at 008 was tested but today rejected, without even breaking it.

If you think about it further, everybody who wants to participate in Red Pulse ICO already bought NEO since the announcement and price didn't go up, no it did exactly the opposite of what it should do if there is demand for it. This is a bad sign, and just imagine, what will happen, if the chinese really ban ICOs (they will short term, no government creates laws in 10 days and Red Pulse already banned chinese from participation) for their citizens. This could be the final blow out. The chinese ICO platform for the chinese market without the chinese? Feels like its doomed to fail. I'm pretty sure, it will continue its downtrend and ICO will have literally no impact, like already proven on the chart.
