there is a rebranding, introduction of masternodes, and the swap cuts supply by well over 50% (since not everyone will remember to swap, or have their coins on novaexchange)

so people are buying this for 2 reasons, a) to ride the fomo rally up until the swap, 10 sats at least seems inevitable, b) because they believe the new coin will be valued higher than the current and so they want to swap to receive as many as possible
