you'd think greece is the perfect entry point for smugglers moving hash and opium from the middle east into europe. no surprise that italy and spain are on the list- hash is smuggled in by boat to these places from tunisia/north af/middle east.

and or perhaps germany/EU's control over their econo has spurred some form of dark/black market.
