I've got 2K to invest that I got from a tax refund and want to go balls deep with it on something.

LISK is a high market cap....
If you want to have maximum potential return with maximum risk just do an ICO.
Except if you're an american, your master doesn't allow you to do ICO.

Hate to be boring but I'd put half into ETH. Obvious uptrend, safer, and will probably 2x within the next couple months.
Don't have any good suggestion for the other $1k, but at least a 2x in ETH would cover your entire principal so you could speculate without fear.
