So anon, tell me your opinion about the Monetha ICO.

They have impressive team members like ex-paypal executives, but if you check their linkedin none of those people list monetha in their profile. They probably are on the team, but I can't find any information on what those big names' responsibilities are. IIRC two of the founders are non-technical founders as well which is always a negative to me. Their main tech guy is smart though. I watched a few of his interviews and presentations and he seems very capable, but his previous company was a digital advertising company - not exactly related to Monetha.

It's also sketchy that they do so much marketing. I work as in online marketing as my noncrypto gig and I can smell a well crafted outreach campaign when I see one. It's also a small flag to me that their main tech guy conveniently also used to work at an advertising company.

As a former MYST bagholder, I'm also alarmed that they brought aboard the MYST founder as a member of their "ICO advisory board". Why do they need an advisory board for an ICO instead of just focusing on their product? MYST has been dead in the water for a long time, with their devs infamously vanishing for weeks after the ICO and going on vacation. It's alarming that they brought this guy to advise them on their ICO.

And finally, they aren't the only ones tackling their niche. I don't think the core team members have the experience to pull off such a huge undertaking.
