So a little while ago there was talk about usdt (tethers) and not being able actually cash them out, blah blah.

Now my question is this, if my intent is just to weather btc dips and im using bittrex, will i be able to sell back to btc without worry? My thought is bittrex is taking on all the risk in this scenario as far as tether concerns go.

Is that correct?
