Actuallly does someone know how high the real supply of btc really is ? I mean a lot of them are "lost" aka rotting on old harddrives. Allthough some lost their wallet key or had problems with their wallets, resulting in even less Btc that are potentially aviable at the market.

I imagine that's unknowable because how could anyone tell if traders have lost their coins or if they're just holding them for the long term. It would be impossible to do a survey of all of the people who have ever held bitcoin to ascertain how much has been lost
