It's marketed as a smart contract platform for people looking to shill their products to venture capitalists and it will also function as a derivative exchange for cryptos, which I mean we already have on Polo and Kraken. So while it isn't that revolutionary, it may be good for a small to medium pump. Im still waiting for the QTUM moon in a couple hours.
