How? When i send GNT, do i pay in GNT? How do the miners get ETH when i'm paying my fee in GNT?

if you want to send GNT from your own wallet, you'll pay the fee in ether, if you got no ether, you cannot send the token

on exchanges, they'll take a little bit of said token you want to transfer as fee
