Basically, usually the price on HITBTC is a lot higher. If you are wanting to buy the token i'd personally wait until it hits a proper exchange and buy the initial dump

I got in at the ICO and was adding it to blockfolio, just shocked at the price

IOU, basically some people want to pay 5 pounds for a DETLA, and will recieve it when it gets released

while it doesn't show the true price, it does indicate the range where it most likely will be
